- Partner Steve is one of the two founder partners of The Chartwell Practice. He is the Managing Partner of the practice and has over 30 years' experience in working with clients to help them to develop their businesses. Steve is married with two daughters and enjoys photography, red wine, golf and watching most other sports. |

- Partner Frank is one of the two founder partners of the Chartwell Practice. He is jointly responsible for the whole practice and is now the Business Development partner for the practice particularly specialising in strategic business planning for clients. Frank is married with one son and enjoys gardening. |

- Partner In 2006 Martin became the third partner of the practice. Martin is now the Chartwell Practice Tax Expert specialising in helping us to give the very best tax advice and planning service. Martin is married with two sons and enjoys football refereeing. |

 | Caroline Skivington - Administrator Caroline is our practice administrator and has been helping our clients and the team since 2003. Caroline likes vegetarian food, has two grown up children a nd enjoys running in her spare time. |
 | Kayleigh Sanders - Administration Assistant Kayleigh is our administration assistant and also works on the practice marketing. Kayleigh is now studying part time for a business HND at Derby University. Kayleigh loves her dog and enjoys weekly swimming and fitness classes. |

 | Anna Stubbs - Marketing Manager Anna is the Marketing manager and has worked for the practice to promote its services since it started. Anna enjoys being with her family, usually near to a football pitch, bargain hunting, yoga and cycling. |

 | David Bourne - Bookkeeper. David joined the practice in 2009 to look after our bookkeeping clients in our bookkeeping and VAT department. David is an avid Derby County fan, he plays golf and enjoys travelling. |

 | Robert Bowley - Company Accounts and Audit manager Robert has worked in our accounts department since 2000 helping a broad spectrum of our clients. Robert has three sons and loves music and football. |
 | Kate Bourne - Accounting Technician Kate is an AAT qualified accounting technician in our accounts department, she has been with the practice since its inception. Kate is married with two daughters, she likes the Arts and sport, especially equestrianism, rugby union and cricket. |
 | Joe Dimambro - Accounting Technician Joe is a key member of our accounting team and has been with the practice since 2005. Joe enjoys playing golf, following football and going to the cinema. |
 | Lauren Guyler - AAT trainee Advanced Level. Lauren is currently in her third year of the accountancy apprenticeship course. She won highly commended Young Employee of the Year in the 2011 Burton Business Awards. Lauren enjoys going to the gym, baking and reading her Kindle. |
 | Will Simpson - AAT trainee Foundation Level. Will is our latest recruit and currently on Foundation level AAT. |

 | Sandra Roberts - Payroll Manager Sandra is our payroll manager in charge of the payroll department, and has been working with the practice since 2006. Sandra is fully qualified with the Institute of Payroll Professionals. She has three children and when she is not being 'Mum's Taxi Service' for the cricket and football matches, enjoys cooking and gardening. |
