Here at The Chartwell Practice, we are used to providing technical answers to financial problems, but have recently invested in enhancing our teamwork and performance skills via a specially designed training programme.

The team recently completed the first in a series of sessions designed to hone, polish and refine skills.  Sally McMahon, Managing Director of Skylark Training and Development Ltd, will be delivering the workshop sessions over the coming months, and commented,

“This is a wonderful opportunity to work with a great team who want to build on their existing high level of skill.  This new training programme focuses on a range of personal and professional skills including customer service and team working through enhanced communication.  It is a highly interactive and enjoyable programme designed to help take the business to the next level”

The initial session focused on thinking about the ‘cocktail’ of skills and attributes that a successful business team requires to deliver a top class service.  Groups had to spend time designing, writing and then making their business team cocktail recipe, to represent the key aspects a team needs to deliver top customer service.  Pictured above is one of the team groups with their ‘wow factor’ cocktail, and below another group and the workshop session.

Interactive workshop sessions
